Starway Studio is a brand operated by Wonderwise Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India ("we", "us", "our"). These terms govern your use of this website and, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the services we provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you accept these terms.

We provide marketing, design, and technology services including branding, website and app development, performance marketing, AI and automation, and content production. The specific scope, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in the proposal or agreement we share with you before work begins.

Work starts only after you approve a written proposal or agreement. Anything not listed in the approved scope is out of scope and may be quoted separately. Changes requested during a project may affect timelines and cost, and will be agreed before we proceed.

Fees, payment schedules, and any advance amounts are set out in each proposal. Invoices are payable by their due date. We may pause work on overdue accounts after notifying you, and delivery of final files may be withheld until outstanding payments are cleared.

To keep projects on track, you agree to:

• Provide the content, access, approvals, and feedback we reasonably need, on time.
• Ensure any material you supply — text, images, logos, data — does not infringe third-party rights.
• Maintain your own accounts (domains, hosting, ad platforms, social media) unless we have agreed in writing to manage them.

Once a project is fully paid for, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to you. We retain ownership of our working files, internal tools, and know-how, and we may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless we agree otherwise in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, stock media, plugins, platforms) remain subject to their own licences.

Some services depend on third-party platforms such as ad networks, hosting providers, CRMs, or messaging services. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, or policy decisions, though we will always work with you to adapt when they change.

We work to a high standard and aim for measurable outcomes, but marketing results depend on factors beyond any agency's control — markets, competition, budgets, and platform behaviour. Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, we do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, lead volumes, or revenue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data, or loss of business opportunity.

Either party may end an engagement with written notice as set out in the applicable proposal. On termination, you pay for work completed up to the effective date, and we hand over deliverables that have been paid for.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date of the most recent revision shown at the top.
